What are this project's goals and how will you achieve them?

The iAnalyse Mentorship Program is driven by the goal to bridge the digital skills gap in the Big Data Analytics and technology sector. We achieve this by providing specialized training modules, hands-on projects, and mentorship from industry experts. Through tailored mentorship sessions, interactive workshops, and real-world projects, we equip university students and young graduates with the practical experience and skills necessary to succeed in the field. Additionally, we empower them to become advocates for sustainable development by engaging in campaigns and initiatives that align with global goals during events like the Global Week of Action. Through a comprehensive approach that combines education, mentorship, and advocacy, our program aims to empower the next generation of professionals while promoting technological advancement and sustainability.

How will this funding be used?

The funding will be used to enhance the program's reach and impact. It will cover virtual workshop platform payment, mentorship resources, internet support to Mentees, stipend to Mentees, an d an establishment of a computer lab where Mentees have full-time access to computers for their hands-on projects. Additionally, it will support social media campaigns to raise awareness and create sustainable change.

Our team comprises experienced professionals in Big Data Analytics and education. With a successful track record in educational initiatives, and empowered individuals who have secured industry-relevant roles within the Big Data industry.

What are the most likely causes and outcomes if this project fails? (premortem)

If the program fails, the digital skills gap will persist, limiting career prospects for young graduates. Businesses will struggle to find qualified candidates, hampering digital transformation. This could hinder innovation, diversity, and inclusive growth within the technology sector.

What other funding are you or your project getting?

We are actively seeking partnerships with local businesses and educational institutions to secure additional funding. These collaborations demonstrate our commitment to fostering industry connections and strengthening the program's impact.
